Ultimate Thinspo Challenge:

On this challenge we will be eating 1,200 calories a day and you are allowed tog eat your exercise calories. For example say your burned 200 calories, which means you’re netting at 1,000 so you can eat some of the calories. By having your calorie goal at 1,200 your already at a deficit.
Cardio 3 times a week and Pilates 5 times a week. So somedays you will be doing only Pilates and some day you will be doing Pilate and cardio. We want to say thin but fit right? So we have to burn the fat off by doing cardio and tone and slim are muscles by doing Pilates. ( I already have a workout plan for us)
Oh and yeah you better drink water like your life depends on it and I mean it

If you’ve ever felt your stomach while exercising and found it to be cold… there is a specific reason for that. I see a lot of misinformation floating around on here about it meaning that your body is burning fat. While exercise IS likely to result in fat burning if you’re working hard enough… that isn’t why your stomach is cold…
Our cardiovascular system is very complex and dynamic. It is very good at pumping blood to the places most in need of it most. When exercising, our arms and legs are in need of more oxygen (and thus, blood flow.. as blood carries oxygen). Our bodies realize that digestion, reproduction and urination are not important at this time, and that the muscles need the oxygen and blood MORE. When the blood flows away from these organs in your stomach region, it leaves them feeling cold to the touch.
So basically the reason your stomach is cold, is because the blood that would normally be providing oxygen to the organs in your stomach region are now flowing to the muscles instead to help you perform exercise more efficiently. Interesting huh?

Whenever I see people reblog the image that says that you’re burning fat when your stomach is cold, I get the overwhelming urge to slap them upside the head.
As a Nursing student I can state that this is very true.
